Sheba and Heidi, Lou's soulmates. Litter sisters from the Elhew line.
They lived to be fifteen and died five months apart.

trophy on the last day of the season as Hoppy had just crashed his plane
before Lou got there and it took a while to get it fixed. (Alaska)

Lou and trophy sheep
Desert ram taken in 1965, the most prized trophy of all North American
big game animals. Today, the auction bids for a permit are well over $90.000.
You can see why we named the hotel "Hotel Borrego de Oro,
and, hence, Lou's club here in the U.S., the Golden Ram Sportsman Club.
